Redemption Policy
Lucky Hippo LLC allows a combined maximum redemption of up to $500 per day in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Redemptions exceeding this limit will remain as “credit” under the Credit Policy and can be redeemed the following calendar day. Each customer is responsible for reporting their redemptions for tax purposes.

Each donation is entered into the sweepstakes platform as an “Entry” and must be converted into “Winnings” before redemption is available. Please consult staff with any questions before participating.

Game rules and additional information are accessible on each game’s interface in the lower-left corner. Guests are encouraged to review these rules or ask staff for assistance before playing.

Redemption Requirements:
First Daily Redemption: Guests must present a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, identification card, or passport. This verification ensures the security of guest accounts.

Operating Hours: Donations and redemptions are processed exclusively during business hours—no exceptions.

Player-Only Redemptions: Only the account holder may redeem their “Winnings”. Management reserves the right to review CCTV footage at its discretion.

Important Notices:
Attempts to mislead staff or bypass this policy are strictly prohibited. Violators may face a permanent ban and/or Criminal Trespass. Any technical malfunctions or missing credits must be reported to staff immediately. While most issues can be resolved by resetting the unit, staff will determine the appropriate course of action.

For long-term or permanent departures from the metro area (30+ days), consult staff about options for any unredeemed credits. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.

Code of Conduct
As a premier local entertainment establishment we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for all guests. As an industry leader, we take pride in maintaining an environment of respect, responsibility and integrity.

Guest Expectations:
Machine Use: Guests are permitted the use of only one skill game/machine at a time. (This does not apply to mobile or tablet devices.)
Respect for Others: Disrespect toward staff, management, and/or other guests will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Honesty and Integrity: Dishonesty or attempts to deceive staff will be treated as theft. All claims will be investigated at management’s discretion, and law
enforcement may be contacted if necessary.
Vaping Policy: Vaping is allowed inside the establishment; however, guests are asked to remain mindful of others in the vicinity.
Alcohol and Age Verification: B.Y.O.B. Policy: Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages in accordance with current state and local laws. However, reliable and non-intoxicated transportation must be arranged. Staff is available to assist if needed. Violations of this policy may be subject to withdrawal of the B.Y.O.B. policy or permanent removal and reported to local authorities if necessary to include ANY attempts to drive while intoxicated as deemed by staff/security.
Age Verification: Guests appearing under the age of 30 or those consuming alcohol may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at any time while on the premises.

Accessibility:
Special Accommodations: Handicapped guests are encouraged to notify staff or management if special accommodations are needed. Requests will be evaluated
on a case-by-case basis to ensure a comfortable experience. (Documentation and forms may be required)
Online Play from Off-Premise:
All online accounts are created in person with valid identification.
All play must be done with in State of Texas.
When purchasing credits with a credit or debit card, a credit card processing fee may apply.
